Actively changing your self-talk can make a tremendous difference in your everyday life. When you find yourself thinking negative thoughts, take notice and rephrase them. We tend to be harder on ourselves then we would be others, start talking to yourself the way you would talk to a friend. If you wouldn’t say it to someone you love, you shouldn’t say it to yourself. Practice loving yourself as much as you love others.
