Employee Spotlight(s) - Caitlen and TJ Palmer

If you ever call our office, you speak with Caitlen. She answer the phones with kindness, schedules our estimates, and makes sure her husband TJ doesn’t get into too much trouble at work. It’s hard to keep up with the Spring rush and without Caitlen it wouldn’t be possible for Rooted to stay organized and serve our clients well.

TJ is a foremen who has a deep passion for pavers, his favorite excavator, and eating at Senior Fiesta. In all seriousness he has a high attention for detail and a passion to make sure each project comes out looking great. He’s also leads by example, willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done.

Employee Spotlight - Francisco Castro

As a foreman at Rooted, Francisco is a professional landscaper and hardscaper with ample experience and expertise. But more than that, he has unquestionable character, leads by example, has an incredible work ethic, never complains, and will not settle for mediocrity on job sites. Rooted is blessed to have Francisco on the team.

When he’s not at work Francisco is normally spending time with his wife and two boys.

Can’t wait to see what this hill looks like in 2 years. After removing the existing juniper, we installed beautiful perennials, flowering shrubs, rosemary, ornamental grasses, and boulders. The plants and boulders provide the stability this hill needs to prevent any kind of erosion and adds beauty to this elegant air bnb on Lake Lanier.

We were also able to remove the 285’ rotting railroad tie wall and install a permanent Belgard wall that won’t rot or require any maintenance. We put the wall further back into the hill to allow room for expanding the driveway with asphalt millings.
