I haven’t posted much lately — life’s been moving fast with this recent move.

But during all the chaos, one thing stayed constant: my therapy through lyrics.

Most of the songs I write come from real moments and seasons of my life. Different genres, different styles, different emotions — all stitched together in a way that makes each track stand out as its own chapter.

This song, Find Me, is one of the most personal ones I’ve ever created.

It started as a prayer… something private… something I never thought I’d share. Over the years, writing like this has been my self‑therapy — something many never knew I did. And now, with the help of AI performing the vocals based on my direction, I’ve built a library of memories, moments, and milestones that hit even harder when paired with sound.

As we approach the 250-Year Anniversary of the United States, it’s time for all of us to pause, breathe, and truly reflect.
Two hundred and fifty years… and we stand today as the longest‑lasting free nation in known history. Think about that. Let it sink in.

We’re not perfect—no nation is. But across every hardship, every disagreement, every chapter of struggle, there has always been more right than wrong, more courage than fear, more unity than division.

If you are a citizen of this country, you are freer than any other “free” nation on Earth. The world watches us, leans on us, and looks to us when trouble rises. That responsibility is not small. It’s earned.

We may argue, we may disagree, but at the end of the day we stand on the same foundation:
Freedom. Rights. Responsibility. Hope.

We are the Heartbeat of a Nation.
We are American Citizens.
Be proud of that. Celebrate that. Reflect on where we started and what we’ve become.

I wrote 22 A Day because sometimes the only way to speak the truth is to sing it.

As a veteran myself, I understand what so many of us carry long after the uniform comes off. Our experiences aren’t all the same — some heavier, some quieter, some still too hard to talk about — but the weight is real. The anxiety, the memories, the nightmares… they don’t disappear. We just learn how to live with them the best way we know how.

For me, this song became a form of self‑therapy. A prayer. A moment to say, “God, don’t let me be counted as one of the 22 today.” Because that number… we all know it. And some days, it feels closer than we want to admit.

We don’t always have the words to explain what we feel or why we shut down. We don’t want to be judged by the people we love. We don’t want to be seen as weak when the truth is — we’ve carried more than most will ever understand.
