Just for a moment be still.

Just for a moment, close your eyes and really know that God is in control.

Now sit with that truth.

God has got this.
God has got you.
Good is in full control.

Psalm 46:10, “Be still, and know that I am God.”

Behind whatever happens in your life is a God Who loves you, cares about you and ultimately knows what is best for you.

Remember, timing is all up to God. He owns time.

Yield to His timing, quit fighting it.

He will do what is best for you at just the right time.
Not a second too early and not a second too late.

Father, help me to learn how to have a consistent 1 Corinthians 7:32, “undistracted devotion to the Lord.”

Lord, help me learn to practice in my daily life what this steady consistent undistracted devotion looks like.

When God opens a door, it needs to be opened.

When God locks a door, it needs to be locked.

When God blocks a path, it needs to be blocked.

When God opens a path, it needs to be opened.

Psalm 139:1-4, “You have searched me, Lord, and You know me. You know when I sit and when I rise; You perceive my thoughts from afar. You discern my going out and my lying down; You are familiar with all my ways. Before a word is on my tongue, You, Lord, know it completely.”

You see and know all my thoughts, all my feelings, all my emotions and all my longings. Nothing is hidden from You.

If God says it, believe it, obey it.

Psalm 62:8, “Trust in Him at all times, you people; pour out your hearts to Him, for God is our refuge.”

Isaiah 12:2, “Behold, God is my salvation, I will trust and not be afraid; For the LORD GOD is my strength and song, And He has become my salvation.”

2 Timothy 1:12, “… for I know Whom I have believed…”

Now put those 2 verses together!

Psalm 33:20-22, “We wait in hope for the Lord; He is our help and our shield. In Him our hearts rejoice, for we trust in His holy name. May Your unfailing love be with us, Lord, even as we put our hope in You.”
