My birthday weekend went a little something like this Saturday we went to .atl for dinner this place is a whole vibe and the food was amazing! Sunday we had game night that went left per usual 😂🤣 (Lookout for my reel to see how the night ended 🤣) Monday we had breakfast and then went to see The Color Purple. I love my crew they always show up 💜 Best weekend ever!!!!

One pot Vegetarian Chili
2 Tbsp oil, 2 Bell peppers
1 Yellow squash,1 Zucchini
1 Yellow onion, 2 Cans black beans
2 Cans pinto beans, 2 Cans diced tomatoes
2 Cups corn, 1 Can green chillies,
1 Can tomato paste
2 Tbsp chili powder, 1 Tsp salt, 1/2 Tsp cayenne pepper. Adjust your seasonings to taste. DO NOT drain your beans. Check out my reel for cooking instructions. You can even use different beans and vegetables. Chili is so versatile . Enjoy 😋
