Shade Tree Barbeque

Time is flying by hard to believe that was 9 years ago. We smoked 120 pounds of chicken wings and gave out free samples at Bass Pro Shops in Gwinnett County. The Shed BBQ and Blues Joint out of Mississippi donated the sauce and rub for the customers to try the store sold out of their sauces after trying the samples. My grandson Noah, was helping cook. We had a great time.

We had the honor to feed the local FFA group at the high school AG building. The future looks good with these up and coming young men and women. Congratulations to the ones graduating in a couple of weeks.

Great night we provided the dinner for the Boys and Girls Soccer Banquet. I also got to watch my grandson get Region Player and Team MVP. Congratulations to all the kids that won awards tonight.

Smoked wings are hard to beat.

We had a good time cooking for Josh and Brisa Fitts, baby shower yesterday. It seems like just a few months ago we were doing their wedding. The loaded BBQ nachos and the brisket tacos were a hit. We can’t wait to see baby Fitts soon.

The weather for the wedding at The Barn at Dunn Manor Wedding Venue was perfect. The bride and groom had a great time, it’s always nice to see them actually enjoying spending time with family and friends. The staff at the venue are amazing to work with.
