Short Story Time 🏡

This was a slam dunk and my client was thrilled to land this deal ! This blessing was truly meant for him. Honestly, he didn’t think it was even possible right now…
But a couple of simple conversations changed everything.

We walked through the steps, they got approved, and we hit the ground running. After touring just about 5 - 6 homes, we found the one.
From there, I negotiated to have all closing costs covered, secured GA Dream for the down payment, and made sure he walked into his new home with just under $2,500 total out of pocket that covered appraisal, inspection and deposit. 🙌🔥 some folks pay more to enter a new lease or put down more on a car 🫣

We all pulled this together as a team and made it happen! Everyone in these photos played a significant role in seeing this all the way through 🏁 (Referring Broker, loan officer, closing attorney) 😄🤝🏾
