This year just before GenCon 2025 kicks off, on Wednesday July 30th, there will be a charity variety show and live auction called Power Word Resist.

It will be in the historic Indiana Repertory Theatre (directly across the street from the Hyatt Regency and next to the Indy Arts Garden)
Doors will open at 6:30 PM and start at 7:00 PM. It will run until 10:00 PM.

Featuring:

Local Indy Bands: Sonora, Pink Ci******es, and Moon Goons
A Drag Performance by Juicy Garland
And a Comedy Set by Ify Nwadiwe.

There will also be a silent charity auction featuring a variety of TTRPG bundles, accessories, and other games and goodies.

All net proceeds will be going to GenderNexus, a local Indianapolis based Q***r Resources Charity which provides licensed mental health resources, accessibility assistance, and works with other major nationwide Q***r charities. And, RAINN, the nation's largest anti-sexual violence and human trafficking organization.

Tickets start at $25 (plus taxes and fees of $5).
