Sat on a tree trunk this morning and had a major nature moment. Took a pic and everything. Felt like a total queen of the forest.
My small but faithful companion is basking in the sun by my office window. We're both delighted by the warmer temperatures and eager to leave winter behind.

To me, they're delicate, short-lived art forms. Made possible by Mother Nature's abundance. Springtime provides the materials. Art created to disappear, feeding the forest. Precious to me, a sacred space for gratitude, prayers, and contemplation.

On this Women’s Day, I have a small wish. I wish we women would be a little kinder to each other. I think we still have a long way to go. I’m honestly a bit tired of the jealousy, the competition, and the quiet lack of solidarity that sometimes exists between us.
Life is hard enough already. Supporting another woman does not make us smaller. It actually makes us stronger.
So today, and every day, I hope we choose a little more kindness, a little more generosity, and a lot more cheering for each other. We could all use it.
