A word about Mental health and entrepreneurship…
As a fellow entrepreneur/business owner and advocate for entrepreneurship, I really dislike how much this current culture pushes entrepreneurship as if it’s so easy and a simple fix to one’s financial woes (I used to be one of those people). What often goes unmentioned though, is that entrepreneurship is HARD WORK!! You are literally building a brand/business from the bottom up. It's commonly said that it takes 5 years to build a profitable business, while this isn't true in every case, the first 5 years of growing and building a company can be risky and profits from sales can be inconsistent. Owners will often work harder in the first 5 years, with less profits - and work less in the next 5 years with a profit increase (if they stay consistent). And then you have to contend with something people rarely talk about, how being a business owner could leave you at a higher risk for developing mental health issues, specifically, “Depression “.
“According to a study overseen by the University of California, entrepreneurs are 30% more likely to experience depression than members of the general population. Sleepless nights, busy weekends, unmet financial obligations, unimaginable deadlines, etc., are all part of the itinerary in an entrepreneur’s quest for success”. And while there are so many super successful entrepreneurs the vast majority of them all have the same experience of being overwhelmed and over-worked.
And this is largely due to the fact that many don’t realize they can run a business AND still prioritize their mental and physical health. Talking to a therapist when things get tough is a great way to mitigate depression. 10 to 15 mins a day of meditative deep breathing can significantly lower a persons cortisol levels (stress hormone) and of course 30 mins of vigorous exercise can yield a similar result.
I say all that to say this, if you are an entrepreneur, please prioritize your health! The whole idea of working hard but neglecting your mental and physical needs until you reach success is going to cost you more than you could ever gain from your business. It makes no sense to be “Successful” but you’re sick, falling apart and not able to fully enjoy the fruits of your labor because of your illnesses.

Preparing Teenagers for Good Credit Score
Teenagers love to go shopping for themselves and their friends. Parents should be well-aware about their expenditure to create a good financial foundation. Teaching teenagers about the significance of good money management is an essential thing that every parent should do. Teenagers often don’t have any financial knowledge or experience while managing their expenses. They often fall for impulsive purchases and frauds.
