My sister and I took my partner’s hot yoga class. And we all went out for ice cream. That’s a good weekend! Fitness doesn’t always mean lifting as heavy as possible and denying yourself an occasional indulgence. Enjoy your life!

I paid my first visit to in Grant Park. Won’t be the last! I love what they’re doing, particularly with their new “Legends” sessions for folks over 60. Lauren gave us a great workout alongside two women from Legends. Very effective and fun small group. Check it out. You’ll be seeing more of here.
