Embracing The Sifting From GOD…

Jesus said in Luke 22: 31-34 “And the Lord said, “Simon, Simon! Indeed, Satan has asked for you, that he may sift you as wheat. But I have prayed for you, that your faith should not fail & when you have returned to Me, strengthen your brethren. ”But he said to Him, “Lord, I am ready to go with You, both to prison & to death.”Then He said, “I tell you, Peter, the rooster shall crow this day before you will deny three times that you know Me.”... Here we read that Peter was being Sifted. As Children of GOD, we can be sure that we too will find ourselves being Sifted by GOD. It is not something we find pleasurable to go through but we can be certain that when GOD has accomplished HIS Purpose in our lives it will yield the Fruit of Righteousness. In our lifetime, we will go through the Sifting process many times as GOD Lovingly seeks to Conform us into the image of HIS Son, Jesus Christ. Hallelujah… You Are LOVED…

The Good, Chief & Great Shepherd Cares…

Psalms 23:1} “The Lord is my Shepherd; I shall not want.” ... The Lord Jesus Christ is described as a Shepherd three times. He is called the Good Shepherd in John 10:11} “I am the Good Shepherd. The Good Shepherd gave His life for the sheep.” That’s the past ... He is called the Great Shepherd in Hebrews 13:20-21} “… our Lord Jesus, that Great Shepherd of the sheep, through the blood of the everlasting covenant, Make you perfect in every good work to do His will…” That’s the present. He perfects us ... Finally, He is called the Chief Shepherd in 1 Peter 5:4} “And when the Chief Shepherd shall appear, you shall receive a crown of glory that will not fade away.” In the future He will return ... The Good Shepherd, He died for us. The Chief Shepherd, He’s coming for us. The Great Shepherd, He lives for us. Hallelujah... Glory To GOD 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾

Ephesians ‪6:13-18‬} Armor of GOD... Satan seeks to deceive & distract us from the Will of GOD. We must always be alert & prepared. We must protect our minds & imaginations with the Helmet of Salvation. With the Breastplate of Righteousness we must protect our hearts & emotions. The Belt of Truth will protect us from deception. The Sandals of Peace are for our redemption & love for the world. The Shield of Faith will protect us from satan’s arrows. With the Sword of the Spirit, we must plant GOD’s Word deep in our hearts to counter any unrighteousness. FATHER, with YOUR Armor, we proclaim Victory today & the entire 2026 in Jesus’ name, Amen! Amen!! Amen!!!... On this Faithful Friday, let’s make a covenant with each other to dress for battle knowing that we are fully Secured & Victorious in Christ, knowing that satan has been defeated and the War is Won. Being A Giver To The Needy…

Read Luke 2:1-20 ... CHRISTmas is one of the Joyous Holidays because during this season, people are more generous than at any other time of the year. The practice of Giving is not a recent innovation. It began on the first CHRISTmas when Jesus was born. Everyone in the story had something to Give. When Mary Submitted to GOD’s plan, she Gave her body to be the first home of the Savior. Mary also surrendered her good reputation in order to fulfill the Lord’s calling for her life. Joseph Offered his Love & Protection to Mary & to Jesus who was not his own. An Angel Gave an announcement of the Messiah’s Birth shepherds who were watching their flocks at night. A Heavenly host of Angels Offered Praise & Glory to GOD. The Wise men relinquished the comfort of home to seek the Newborn King and Give Him gifts worthy of Royalty. You see Being a Giver to the Needy is CHRISTmas. Hallelujah… You Are LOVED…

Being Home For CHRISTmas…

Hebrews 13:14} “For here we have no lasting city, but we seek the city that is to come.” ... “I’ll Be Home For CHRISTmas,” echoes images of soldiers during WWII listening intensely as they thought of being back home. Ephesians 6:10 tell us that believers (we) are soldiers engaged in war. Yes, it’s wonderful to know that we are on the winning side but deep within us there is still a longing that nothing can suppress. We want to be home. This CHRISTmas, some of us may be surrounded with family & gifts, or you may be alone & going through difficult times, or you may experience some mixture of both. Whatever the case, rather than go looking for something (drugs, alcohol, s*x) to fulfill our souls on the battlefield, let’s just stop & be silent like those WWII soldiers did, reminiscing about Being Home For CHRISTmas... Glory To GOD… You Are LOVED…
