Food as meditation...

COOKING & MINDFULNESS CLASS COMING UP - March 6th!!
The monks who recently led the WALK FOR PEACE from Texas to DC have done me a great favor! They have familiarized mindfulness - as more than a concept...as a practice, that has innumerable benefits.
This reminder is so beautifully timed, as I continue to offer my new Culinary Mindfulness program FEED YOUR PEACE, that reveals another unique path to cultivating and maintaining that same energy, in the kitchen; a place in the home we all spend several hours each week.

Join me, Chef Naina at The Cook's Warehouse, Ansley Mall for the next instalment of this incredible program that reveals and illuminates how accessible a regular practice in mindfulness can be.
In the world we live in today it is essential to find a reliable, accessible path to inner-resourcing, support and self-care that doesn't add YET another item to our already never ending to-do lists. Feed Your Peace illuminates exactly that. These Venerable monks have done me a great favor by making mindfulness a household name for so many people - I feel honored to continue spreading the message of the Venerable Monks, in some, small way!
Come join me and find your Zen, in the kitchen!
