Atlanta-based filmmaker, author, and media creator Rahiem Shabazz describes his new book, Radical Hope in the 21st Century, as “a battle manual for Black survival and Black victory in an age designed to exhaust us,” not a piece of motivational fluff or detached academic theory. The book, he explains, is a clear-eyed declaration that Black people are “still here, still thinking, still building, and still refusing to submit to systems that profit from our despair.”

This is more than politics or economics, this is a war on the spirit. We explore how colonization, media, religion, and capitalism conspire to fracture the Black identity, creating confusion, self-hatred, and spiritual disconnection. Full Video on YouTube

Remember, Lil Wayne said he don’t believe racism exist and doesn't feel connected to the Black Lives Matter movement.
"I don't feel connected to a damn thing that ain't got nothing to do with me," Lil Wayne told ABC News' Linsey Davis. "You feeling connected to something that ain't got nothing to do with you? If it ain't got nothing to do with me, I ain't connected to it."
"I'm connected to my **** flag," Lil Wayne said. "I'm a gangbanger, man. I'm connected."
Let them white folks be upset and protest for him to perform at the Super Bowl.
“I just told you a little while ago these leaders that they call leaders included Lena Horne this included Dick Gregory and this included comedians comics trumpet players baseball players show me in the white community where a comedian is a white leader show me in the white community where our singer is a white leader or a dancer or a trumpet player is a white leader these aren't leaders these are puppets and clowns that have been set up over the white community and are over the black community by the white community and have been made celebrities and usually say exactly what they know that the white man wants to hear.” -Malcolm X-

Happy Heavenly Birthday to my brother, Joe Da Boss. Today would've been your 58th birthday, and it's been 8 years since you made your transition. Time may pass, but the love and memories we share remain as strong as ever. Every year on this day, we celebrate your life with laughter, stories, and cherished memories. The first few years were filled with pain and aching hearts, but with strength and resilience, we’ve found a way to make it bearable. Yet, no day is ever the same without you.
The picture I posted is of me and my son celebrating your life on the first anniversary of your passing. We honor you every year, and though you are missed beyond words, your spirit lives on in everything we do. Rest in power, brother. You are forever in our hearts.
