Why I left social media…
For years, I was told that to succeed — to be seen — I “had” to be on social media.

And I learned, through lived experience, that it’s a lie.

The best marketing strategy? Telling the truth.

Because when the illusions fall away, truth is all that remains.

And competition becomes irrelevant when you know who you are.

I’m done performing for an algorithm that rewards noise over nuance.

From here forward, I’m putting my attention where it actually nourishes me:
my Substack, my podcast, my YouTube, my real-life conversations, and the art itself.

If you want depth, honesty, and work born from presence — not performance — you’ll find me there.

I learned through experience that healing begins with authenticity — and that the pain we resist is actually our unrealized power.

I help people see themselves differently because I actually listen, I tell the truth, and I do what I say I’ll do. It sounds simple, but in this world? It’s rare.

I blend ancient processes with future-tech surrealism.

I invented a photographic method using a flatbed scanner as a large-format camera — turning people into living negatives, flattening the focal plane, revealing a surreal, etheric version of the self.

Most people say they hate photos of themselves… until they work with me.

I’m another f* #%ing artist — fully aware of the oversaturated market — but that awareness is exactly what makes me not “just another” one.

I am ANOTHER F #%ING ARTIST—a former ballerina turned mixed media artist, author, photographer, and generational cycle-breaker who turned 17 years of excruciating endometriosis into a revolutionary body of healing artwork.

My journey started in the shadows—recovering from an eating disorder, building pinhole cameras by hand, and falling in love with the alchemy of the darkroom.

When digital photography took over, I challenged the movement by turning a scanner into a large-format camera—flattening depth to make the subject the negative.

This integration of old-world photography principles with new-world tech became my signature technique, and the way I started revealing the stories our bodies keep.

But it wasn’t until I experienced a series of near-death menstrual experiences that the real unraveling began. After years of being dismissed by doctors, pumped with medications and hormones, and told “it’s all in your head,” I took my healing into my own hands—I studied the infradian rhythm, dismantled medical lies, and healed myself of a disease the system said was incurable.

That liberation sparked Every Phase—my 13-year art project (2021-2033) creating a piece for every hormonal phase—Follicular, Ovulatory, Luteal & Menstrual.

The series is a moving blueprint for anyone learning to alchemize biology into fuel and biohack with art, whether their battle is endo or a heartbreak no scan can see.

My work wages a visual war on medical gaslighting, inviting viewers to face their own contradictions: shadow and light, pain and power. Each piece is a mirror—and a key—for anyone told “it’s all in your head.”

Why do I make art?
Because images can slip past the gatekeepers of logic and land directly in the bloodstream.

Because the greatest gift you can give this world is your own self-realization.

Because living a lie almost killed me—and creation keeps me honest.

Because pain is power waiting to be translated, if you’re willing to face your s**t.

I make art about the war between fact and fiction—because I have lived it.

For seventeen years the razor edge of a knife called ‘my period’ & ‘endometriosis’ carved a new hell in my body every twenty‑eight days.

Emergency rooms, surgery, prescriptions, birth controls, and the doctor’s chorus of “it’s all in your head” taught me that fact and fiction can masquerade as each other when medical ‘authorities’ hold the mic.

I finally yanked that mic back after several near‑death experiences, studied the infradian rhythm, and healed what the white coats swore was “impossible.”

That liberation lit a fuse. My work— old world cyanotypes, new world scanography, mixed media drawing & light painting—presents a new perspective on pain – that it is actually our unrealized power.

Each piece is part memoir, part mirror—exploring the space between polarity: shadow and light, biology and spirit, trauma and transcendence.

But it wasn’t enough to show the cycle—I needed to live it. So in April 2021, I launched Every Phase, a 13-year practice of creating artwork for every hormonal phase—Follicular, Ovulatory, Luteal, Menstrual—until 2033.

The series is a moving blueprint for anyone learning to alchemize biology into fuel and biohack with art, whether their battle is endo or a hurt no scan can see.

In addition to the series, I also created my podcast, Face Your S**t, Heal Yourself— to help others dealing with chronic pain and hormonal imbalances by introducing some of the experts and practices that helped me achieve what I thought was impossible.

I make art because living the lie almost killed me, and creation keeps me honest.

Because images can slip past the gatekeepers of logic and land directly in the bloodstream.

Because the body always remembers… and eventually, it speaks back.

Because some truths aren’t spoken—they’re witnessed.

If you’re here for the real work — follow me where the real work actually lives.

Because here’s the truth most people won’t say out loud:
Instagram and Facebook reward performance, not depth.

They want “love and light,” not the kind of truth that actually changes a life.

They want bite-sized content, not embodied wisdom.

But my work?
It doesn’t fit in a square.

Or even a 3:4 or 9:16

I don’t do bypassing.
I don’t do performative wellness.
I don’t slap glitter on trauma and call it healing.

I stand for truth — especially when it’s inconvenient.
I stand for all people reclaiming their biology.
I stand for rejecting the systems that profit off our pain.
I believe the body is intelligent — not a malfunction to be managed.

I refuse to gaslight myself just because someone else once did.

I believe in spiritual depth, not spiritual avoidance.

If you want cotton-candy wellness or algorithm-friendly spirituality…
this is the wrong room.

But if your body is whispering,
if you’re craving honesty,
if you want art that says what you’ve never had words for…

Its playful, rebellious &
It’s anti-sales in the best possible way.

And it’s a reminder:
We’re all part of creation — but when you’re awake to that fact, you’re no longer just another face in the crowd.
