Alright y’all here we go Fall is officially in full swing! Starting Tuesday with "How Can I Keep from Singing?" Celebrating the joy of singing, this concert will include works of the choral canon with selections by Jan Sweelink and Tomás Luis de Victoria. The concert will also feature contemporary selections by Elaine Hagenberg, Joseph Martin, and David Dickau as well as the spiritual “I’m Gonna Sing Because I’m Happy,” arranged by Rollo Dilworth. The Chamber Singers’ portion of the concert will be a preview of their performance at the Georgia American Choral Directors Association conference. Tickets are $10 and may be purchased through the Townsend Center for the Performing Arts. UWG students are admitted free.
