October me thought “resting” meant not moving at all.
My leg disagreed. Loudly.
Humility is laughing at the moment.
Accepting responsibility is changing the behavior after the laugh fades.
Humility doesn’t mean putting yourself down.
It means being honest about where you are and open to growing from there.
That kind of honesty creates real change.
