I’m mad proud of my friend and client and pumped to be working with him again! This was a mad tough short prep and he gave it 100%! Our plan for this show was to get our feet wet transitioning from Men’s physique to Classic Physique! In the mean time, we keep shaping to what we have in mind as the ultimate Classic Physique! Mission accomplished! Bound to 2022 madness! Stay tuned!

Ahhhh solid season for Carla this year! We grew and we improved between shows! Finished the season with a 4th place at Masters Nationals against a stacked class! We are waiting for feedback from the judges to see what they are looking for so we can adjust accordingly for next year!!
Listen y’all… this girl has so much going on and runs on no sleep, somehow she manages to function and be able to be extremely competitive. Sends progress pics and posing videos multiple times a week and practices non-stop! As always, proud of you Carlita!!
