Shouts out to for creating this but this is why I personally prefer doing the grown folks parties. Not saying you gotta dance like this all night but these young folks don’t even show emotion 😂.

Now if they’re buzzed on Don Julio, w**d and/or lemon drops, well the women, they’ll jump up to songs like “Friend Do” and twerk but I think most of this is blamed on a few things and it’s not the young people…it’s definitely the music being released and the fact that if you’re not sitting in a section you’re basically in the way of the walkway for everyone else.

Growing up my parents and grandparents kept gospel music going on around the house, the car and of course at church and it truly helped me to be the adult I am today. Yes I’m no saint but my heart is loving and it takes a lot, for me, to just get upset with people etc. I’m so happy my daughter is doing the same with my grandson! He’s going to always remember listening to gospel and how it made him feel. Yes I dj to ppl every day and I don’t play a lot of gospel music but I try to play as much positive music as possible! My car is filled with gospel music most of the time and my 8 year old son hears that when we’re riding together! Have a blessed Tuesday everyone!
