The best chicken tenders you'll ever have at home—definitely a 15 out of 10. For these chicken tenders, I don’t remove the tenderloin from the chicken because I want to keep the tenders whole; you don’t want them broken or separated.

Sorry I didn't measure these ingredients.

Ingredients:
chicken tenders
Matriarch Sprinkles Kickin Chicken
Matriarch Sprinkles all purpose seasoning
Tony’s Creole seasoning
black pepper
Buttermilk
Hot sauce
Pickle juice
one egg.
I mix all of these ingredients together and marinate the chicken for about 15 to 20 minutes. You can cover it and leave it on the counter, or put it in the fridge—I personally haven’t had any problems leaving it on the counter for that time. Next, you’ll prepare a coating using flour, cornstarch, and the same seasonings as the chicken. Mix everything well, then dip the chicken into the liquid, then the dry mixture. If you prefer a double coating, you can do that, but I only dip once. Fry the chicken at 360 to 365 degrees Fahrenheit until crispy. For the sauce, I used a mixture of butter, hot honey, and barbecue sauce—specifically, Sweet Baby Ray’s. This creates a sweet, spicy, heat chicken tender. They turn out really good, and my husband and son love them a lot.

This was a kale salad with steak added. I honestly don't know what it's called, but I topped it with avocado ranch dressing, and it was very, very good. It was easy to make, and I'll definitely make it again. Question: do you like kale? Do you like steak? Would you actually eat steak and kale together? What are your thoughts about that? I personally love both, so it worked very well together

Steak Melt 🔥🔥🤯

The sauce on this sandwich!!!! 😤😤😤😤 - so good! Here are the details:

Sauce:
- About 4 oz of Dukes Mayo
- About 3 oz of Henz 57
- About 1 tbsp of creamy horseradish
- About 1 tbsp of Worcestershire sauce
- About 1 tbsp of garlic paste

Seasoning:
- Matriarch Sprinkle the Perfect Beef
- Kinders caramelized onion butter

Other ingredients:
- Pepperidge Farm Sourdough Bread
- Smoked provolone
- Mozzarella
- Onion
- Bell pepper
- Portobello mushroom
