Lord I pray to you, please guide and protect all of my family & friends that is stuck in this terrible Hurricane. I can’t even watch the news anymore at this point because I’m starting to think the worst. But I know you’ll protect them from all harm and danger. One thing about Jamaicans we will never back down from nothing in this World. Jamaicans are proud and strong people along with being resilient. So please look out for one another, if any of my family or friends see this. Just shout me so I know you’re ok 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾.

🖤💚💛

McDonald’s has always been a go-to for me no matter the city, no matter the country. So being part of the Chef Remix was nothing short of an honor.

Of course, I had to bring that Jamaican flavor to the table. I Remixed the chicken wrap into a McCrispy Pimento Waffle Wrap and took their chicken strips and flipped them into Jerk Supreme Nachos yard-man style.

Food is culture. Remixing classics is what I live for. Big up to for letting me run wild with the menu!

Big Up that Jamaican Duo took the crowd by storm. Also Big shoutout to my Chefs 💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾.

Real Talk, Real Strength A Men of Color Health summit was a great gathering for men in general to speak amongst each other in an educating way. Health is wealth especially for us. I was proud to be part of this powerful conversation with and about protecting the body and building legacy. For men of color, it’s not just about surviving, it’s about making small shifts that help us stay in the game longer.

📍 219: Where Roots Run Deep & Flavors Hit Hard

Meet 219, a cocktail that’s as bold and unforgettable as the Bronx block it’s named after. Inspired by the block I grew up on, this drink is a tribute to the grit, energy, and flavor of 219th St.

Crafted with Brugal Anejo Rum, Bourbon, Pineapple Liqueur, Allspice Dram, Tamarind, and a kick of Jerk Bitters, 219 is our Jamaican take on the Old Fashioned—tangy, sweet, and full of spice. 🥃🔥

Pull up to .bklyn and take a sip of this Bronx-inspired mix with a Jamaican twist.

So my sistah linked me with an opportunity to speak to her young Chefs of the future that’s attending Dekalb County C.H.E.F Summer program. I actually came to tears at one point, from being overwhelmed with joy just seeing these future stars interact with me on such a higher level. Thank you for allowing me to cook and engage with your students.
