Happy National Waffle Day 🧇 There was a time that I thought chicken and waffles needed to be a cupcake. It’s a vanilla cake with maple syrup buttercream, topped with an Eggo waffle and Chick-fil-A, Inc. nugget…it was pretty tasty.

One, two, skip a few…birthdays don’t always count in order. 🥳 My favorite part of these pull-apart cakes is that they were curated by the birthday kiddos themselves. Which number should come next?

It’s National Bacon Day. 🥓

Are you even a baker if you haven’t tried putting bacon in a cupcake? to when I put my famous candied bacon right into the batter and used Torani bacon-syrup in the buttercream. It was as delicious as it was crazy.

It’s National S’mores Day, so obviously I had to bring out the OG flavor which is what started this whole baking venture. Swipe for s’mores in all their forms: ready eat, boxed, and displayed.

Happy National Chocolate Chip Cookie Day…but in cupcake form. 🍪🧁 This cutie has been on the menu since 2013 when I created it for my 10-year college reunion at Meredith College. It’s inspired by the famous Toll House Pie we used to eat in the dining hall. More than a decade later, it’s still a fan favorite. Chocolate cake topped with an edible chocolate chip cookie dough; adorned with a mini chocolate chip cookie.
