New clothing and school tracksuits for Daniella, Elia and Nelson! ☺️

An early morning for our St. Patrick’s kids! They are back at school today with LOTS of supplies in hand 🤩 Thank you, Yona, for making sure all school dues were paid, school and health supplies were purchased, and ensuring everyone made it on time!

A visit to St. Patrick’s before everyone went home for the Holiday break!! ☺️❄️

Aside from providing access to an education, a major portion of our time and resources go toward ensuring every child receives adequate healthcare! When we feel our best, we do our best— and we truly believe that! Nelson’s journey with treating his eye condition has taken him all the way to Kilimanjaro to visit an advanced specialist. We are so thankful for Yona, who has accompanied Nelson during this entire process & always makes sure he is arriving to his appointments on time and initiating next steps. Send all of your best wishes to Arusha and to Nelson in hopes of a resolution!!!

Doreen is OFFICIALLY a student at Padre Pio, the secondary school for girls Form 1 through Form 4! Secondary school is similar to middle school here in the USA, but it’s very common for males and females go to different schools during this time. Yona took Doreen to get a few new clothing items and school supplies for her first semester ☺️

This past weekend the Class Four and Class Seven Team Nelson kids GRADUATED! 🥳🎓 Damas and Daniel will be going off to Form One at a new school. Doreen, Pascale, Colin and Innocent will be starting Class Five at Secondary School!

The kiddos are ready for their school break!! Yona stopped by St. Patrick’s and Padre Pio to get everyone home safely 😇
