The space between healing and becoming is my current existence. It's the space where somedays you feel inspired and upbeat and the next you are overcome with emotions.
No one talks about what happens when the life you thought you were going to live doesn’t work out.
It can disrupt your sense of identity. It removes your sense of control.
And it leaves you trying to make sense of the space in between.
If you are in the middle of starting over, make room to grieve.
I must be the only one who loves my gray hair. 🩶
And honestly, I’m excited about it. I find myself curious, watching to see if my entire head will go gray. And if it does… that, to me, is everything.
