Administrative Assistant
Tucker First UMC is seeking a full time Administrative Assistant. Responsibilities will include coordinating and maintaining membership information, sending and receiving church communications, maintaining facility/room reservations, maintaining the church calendar, and supervision of part-time volunteer receptionists. Ideal qualifications for the position include at least an Associates Degree and experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Realm or other church management software. Please submit resumes to Rev. Enjoyed the National PAUMCS Conference at Lake Junaluska. The theme was Rest-Renew-Restore and the lake was a great place to do just that as we learned about the importance of Sabbath in our lives, along with a lot of other relevant information to help us in our jobs.

Our numbers were small but we had a great one day conference this year. Thanks to our host church, Salem UMC, and Annette Annette Ingram Harmon. Vicki Coulter did a great job of teaching us how to find Joy in the Journey. Next year’s Georgia conference will be held at Epworth by the Sea.
