Eating a well balanced meal can prove being most healthy, by including fruits and grains. Adding fiber can help you internal organs in your endocrine system function properly. You could loose weight eating regularly. In this salad is mixed lettuces and spinach along with fruit( pears and bananas), we added vanilla granola mixed in to give it a crunch instead of croutons. Cheese is moderate throughout and added a dressing on top. Try your hand at a building your favorite salad twice a week to start yiur digestive on the right track this year to 🔥 burn fat!
