I’ve been taking intentional time to sit with myself and my journey.

Not just the highs, but the mistakes, the lessons, the moments I ignored my intuition, and the times I underestimated myself. Growth isn’t just about leveling up—it’s about taking responsibility, acknowledging the blind spots, and choosing better on purpose. I’m grateful for the clarity that comes with slowing down, re-evaluating, and realigning. Here’s to becoming a healthier, happier, more grounded version of me.
