These will have to suffice as our “family Christmas pictures” this year, bc I definitely wasn’t the mom who had it all together, scheduled a shoot early, & sent them as our Christmas cards 🤷🏻‍♀️ I’ll do better next year-maybe 😅🤪😝🤣

They say having a baby changes us in all the best ways, & shows us a different kind of love we never imagined we could see…..I’ve honestly always been “scared” to have kids. Not that I’m afraid I won’t be a good mom, but more so I guess, the process & changes it will bring.

They also say God always provides us with exactly what we need in the exact time we need it. Maybe you, Rio Rey Márquez will be the key & missing piece to my puzzle that I didn’t even know was missing. I can’t wait to see. I have a feeling you’re going to bring out the best & a totally new me, in all the best ways I’ve always wanted to be. 💙

SO excited the cats finally out of the bag!!! Now I can start sharing all the pregnancy/mommy content that will probably get on your nerves 😂🙈 (along with a “rant” here & there & I’ll definitely be asking you all for tips & advice on all things mommy-related)

I waited till I was older to have kids, because I honestly have always had a fear/“phobia” of having them. I’ve been with my husband for 13 years & can’t even try to count how many times people have told us we needed to “hurry up”

I’m so glad I never let those comments get to me nor change my mind. If I could do it all over again, I’d do it the EXACT same way. I can truthfully say I’m at the point in my life where “I’m ready”. I’ve lived my life to the fullest, focused on my career how I wanted, partied my a** off, traveled, & this next phase only made sense. After our wedding, I stopped my birth control & was completely open to it happening whenever God knew was best….and HERE WE ARE!!!!

Becoming a mother is HUGE step & a huge change. Change is something I don’t like & always avoid. But I know from change comes growth. God has a crazy way of working things out the way he does. And I’m so excited to see what this next chapter in our lives will bring.
