Pre ‘game’ prep. After the week I had, all I wanted to do was have a little sip to go with my puzzle before I serve the people tomorrow. Don’t call me after the opening or Sunday, mmk? I’m prolly napping. Ohhhh I remember when I couldn’t wait to get grown so I could hang out. Now, I wonder if I will see the sunset. 🤣

I am introspective especially around my birthday.
[You will forgive my filterless - makeup less face as the inspiration hit me…I pressed record]
I listen to understand.
I speak to share.
I have seen a lot just like you.
A lot of what I have witnessed feels like a lot of smoke + mirrors.
There are three sides to any story : your version, my version and the Truth.
Gone are the days of being able to discuss the latter without being put in virtual jail.
In the past, I have tried to gather women together in a virtual space but it
never caught on for long.
I thrive on interaction.
Speaking into a vacuum don’t work for me.
Speaking about vapid s**t don’t work for me.
Now speaking about breaking the chains of mental strongholds, personal healing / self love + love for humanity.
These things are my JAM.
Based on the feedback, I have come to understand that limiting my megaphone aka niching to ‘just’
women is prolly where I have limited myself AND you.
Men have always spoken to me privately, sincerely and have been my clients who have taken the most action.
I have always believed that if only women are healed, what about the men?
Where is their place? etc. etc.
Healing can happen in silos and in certain circumstances should remain so.
But to be witnessed as you witness is the missing salve that sameness (whatever sameness we are talking about)
doesn’t ‘net’ you.
I always credit group therapy for helping me sculpt myself into a yummy life partner that I would want to wife.
While we were all women, we weren’t the same AND that wasn’t the purpose of the therapy.
But then again, I have never just reached for what was at face value.
I have always reached for more.
I have watched long enough.
Sent text messages, videos, audios and podcasts + now to maintain my vitality…
I need to do this with whomever is ready to ascend and evolve from their personal pain/shame.
If you dare to reach for more life, more love…
I am ready.
Because a Juicy Life must be designed.

The week is coming to an end but my work is far from over. Manifestation class was ahmazing! The students showed up and out. Im putting my calendar together for the next quarter. I wonder if that class will make it to the list or something else. Son son #2 is visiting so I’m on chef duty… that young man can eat. What’s in the jar? Organic kale seamoss smoothie. Putting in some good stuff after a full day of massage. Also, today was Fitz’s first massage of the year! I share this because it is assumed that he must get all the massages forever more. Umm, that’s a no. Have you followed him on IG yet? Please help us get the word out about his new facility. Thank you in advance. Ok, im going outside to get a lil vitamin D before the sun sets. Ttyl
