So work has been hard for me the last few weeks been crying before work during work and after work. My daughters genetic disease has progressed rapidly and she’s been on the decline. I wear that shirt I’m support of her to help bring awareness. Although I try and fake smile and laugh through it all a lot of times I’m hurting. My wife has seen more tears from me than I want anyone to see . Her brother has been a big help and her mothers going through it as well. My daughter used to be a vibrant ray of sunshine now she can barely talk, p**p, or eat by herself. Say all that to say **ksanfilippo
