Wanted to goive and talk for a moment but apparently my connection isn't great. So... Guess I'll just post it.

Be Better. It's a phrase recently that I have been using. Right now I want everyone who is fighting anything to just be better. This sounds really harsh and aggressive but what it means isn't be perfect it simply means to be better. If that mean to be a little better or be a lot better is up to you and the situation you are in. The part that makes this sound so harsh is I don't say try to be better. Trying to be better gives people an out. I don't want you to try I just want you to be better. Everyday and in everything just make progress and move forward. Be better.

This past weekend I was fortunate to be spending time training with one of my instructors in Athens GA. The significance of this is my end of active service was 14 April 2006. One of the most difficult days in my life and for the first time the day come and went just like any other all because I had surrounded myself with friends and family to train martial arts. I have said this before but it needs repeating. I have PTSD but I no longer suffer from it.

Sorry we went silent. We are still here and once again changes are coming. Keep watching here this month for how we plan to move forward but know that we are now open to ALL Military, Law Enforcement, Firefighters, and EMS. Our current resources are limited but training will be open for any of those listed above with Post Traumatic Stress, Survivors Guilt, and Traumatic Brain Injury.

I want you all to be able to say this with me. "I have PTSD but I do not suffer from it and it does not define me"

If it's stolen valor leave them alone. Unless they are hurting someone else in some way why does it matter. We are better than this.

We are still here working to get things going. This article is something I think would be useful though not entirely relevant to our intended mission here at Evolving Warrior Foundation.

I had a similar experience with these organizations. It is one of many reasons I work to make Evolving Warrior Foundation.

Younger veterans bypass VFW, American Legion for service, fitness groups Kate Hoit served eight years in the Army Reserves, including a tour in Iraq, but when she tried to join her local Veterans of Foreign Wars chapter, someone asked whether she needed an application for military spouses instead.

Took that drug from. April 2004 till November 2004 with a 2 month gap in the middle when I was at a different post and they used something else. Add on a heat stroke, our daily op tempo, throw in some survivors guilt (which can be as bad as PTSD or even is its own form of PTSD) suddenly you start to see the bigger picture and why more than just infantry were affected.

We aren't broken but we may need some aid to move forward. Veterans groups (most do well to help) and the VA (not doing so well to help) need resources and funding to handle this s**t storm.

Evolving Warrior Foundation will also be here to do what we can.
