When I say I had a bad experience; it would be an understatement!! First my appetizer was not cooked fully, and when i sent it back after one bite, the manager came to the table and said that ownership really doesn't like for us to take things off tickets. (I'll let you figure out what I said) !!!! Then when my entree came out (The Ribeye), it was undercooked. Now I understand that things happen with the cooking, but the nerve of a manager to come at me as if I was going to still pay for something that was undercooked, and after I said I was not going to eat it, was just amazing!!! Oh, I forgot to say that they add 18% gratuity to all checks, regardless of service level or if your food was satisfactory.... Needless to say, I will never go back to 1942 in Mcdonogh, and would not advise anyone to visit either.
