Many thanks to Mount Paran North for allowing us to serve the missionaries, their families and their congregation today! What does it take to feed over 800 guests? (450) lemon bars, (600) brownies, (900) cream puffs, 36 # of grapes, 30 # of strawberries, (840) taquitos, 15 # of hummus, (576) naan bites, 18 # of tortilla chips with salsa, (2,600) barbecue meatballs, (2,250) franks in puff pastry with mustard, (1,200) vegetarian eggrolls with duck sauce, 15 # of cheese cubes and 7 # of assorted crackers. It also takes a hard-working crew with servant hearts and over 78 hours of prep and service time!

They say "you'll know when it's time". After 36 years, it's time to end my wedding cake career. Thank you to all the brides that trusted us with your special day. You'll never know the time, resources or prayers that went into your cake. There are too many pictures to share so I will leave you with the first and the last. The beginning and the end. The alpha and omega. If we made your cake, please share a picture! We are still doing food for your events and smaller cakes.
