A lot of people believe that water is just water and it canโt be that important right? And the type of water we drink canโt really matter that much right? Well hereโs a post to put it into perspective.

First of all most of you know(or do you ๐ค) that at least 60% of your bodyโs make up is water. Thatโs more than half of your entire being! Then to put it more into perspective, a high percentage of all of your major organs and functions are made up of or extremely dependent on water and every living cell in the body needs it.

Lastly, do you know that, from a timeline perspective, you would die of dehydration before you died of hunger? On average, a person can go maybe 21 days without food. As for water? You may only survive 3 days without it!

So hopefully this post changes your perspective on drinking water. If you arenโt an avid water drinker, start where you are by adding in a cup or two extra. Then work your way up to a general rule of thumb of about half your body weight in ounces. People ask me why I donโt post before/afters often and honestly itโs because a part of me doesnโt want people coming to me with a false sense of expectation because of what they saw someone else do. Itโs easy to see and assume you want the results but you donโt know what that person went through to get to where they are and if youโre willing to give that same level of effort and executionโ โ
So I much rather people come to me because of my knowledge and because they really want to change their lifestyle and overall well being and not just the physical aspect. You buy into the change of lifestyle and the physical will be a plusโ โ
This weekโs was a 8 week transformation. Yes 8 weeks! I donโt do these often(and no I donโt have an 8 week program for you) as I usually only take clients who are looking to make an overall lifestyle change. This was one of a few exceptions I made and we made it do what it do. Swipe โฌ

OBJECTIVE
-Exhibit proper isolation of the calf muscles by calf raising under control with minimal bending at the knee
FUNCTIONAL BENEFITS
1. Walking
2. Running and sprinting
2. Putting up and grabbing items from hard to reach heights
๐ฒ Fully contract calf muscle without bending your knee.
๐ฒ Hold the contraction at its peak for at least one second.

Happy birthday to the First Lady! So sweet, so patient, so giving, so thoughtful, so selfless and the closest thing to an Angel here on earth. I have been trying to tell yโall for years that ! From 2012 I have watched so many people work so hard at the gym and their body never changes. Well...ITโs THE FOOD!! And Iโm not just talking about how much you eat Iโm talking about the quality and makeup of your food. So much of the food we eat isnโt even REAL! And when I tell people this they look at me crazy. Well this video perfectly illustrates what is happening in our food system
The FDA approves ANYTHING, but you canโt just eat EVERYTHING. Or at least not at the rate in which we do. YOU HAVE TO BE MORE PROACTIVE ABOUT WHAT YOU EAT! Somehow ๐คท๐พโโ๏ธwe select what we wear, where we live, and who does our hair with more precision, caution, and thought than what we put in our mouths. Be selective about everything! Open your eyes now! You donโt have to be perfect but at least be aware
Time to start really reading and understanding your food packages and labels and I will help teach you with my post. Learn to prepare and eat more whole fresh foods and we will help teach you with our campaign
We cannot trust our government and food companies to choose for us. They will always choose money over your health. We cannot rely on habits passed down from our parents. EX*****ON over EFFORT!

Many of you are wondering why you are stagnant or have hit a wall in certain areas of your life. One main factor is because you are not EXECUTING! You may be โtryingโ and โputting forth EFFORTโ but that doesnโt mean you are actually EXECUTING and doing what it takes to level up. Donโt get me wrong, your EFFORT is important but sometimes...many times simply putting in EFFORT will not suffice
Letโs use a very simple example. If I told you that you should drink a gallon of water a day to lose 10lbs. The EFFORT you put forth might have you drinking half a gallon. This may be more than what you were drinking before and you may get some results from your EFFORT. But you are now upset because you are โtryingโ but havenโt lost the 10lbs. Well you must take into account that you havenโt actually EXECUTED by drinking a gallon and may very well not lose that 10lbs until you actually do so and do so consistently ๐คท๐พโโ๏ธ
So some of you have to re-evaluate your current situation and see what areas you are falling short. Then you are going to have to figure out what it takes for you to succeed, stop trying, and actually EXECUTE! At this point, you will not be denied!

Weโve been talking about how EVERYBODY knows how to DIET but NOBODY knows how to EAT. Well a part of learning how to eat is learning how to shop for your foods. In our industry it is important that we are offering as many opportunities for people to learn so they can thrive. We have a lot of boot camps and fitness classes going on which is great. But we are lacking in the area of nutritional counseling and education. So instead complaining about it myself and are going to take it into our own hands to give the people what they need.
