Business Funding
Here are some frequently asked questions:
1. Do I have to have good credit?
**YES! credit score should be at 685 for traditional bank financing.
SBA, EQUIPMENT LOANS and Investor Real Estate loans can be lower 620 but you will have higher rates
Charge-offs, collections, recent bankruptcy can hinder your ability to get funding.
2. Do I have to personal guarantee(PG) the loan?
**YES for traditional bank financing, SBA loans, Equipment loans. Some investor real estate loans may not require a PG because they have the collateral but rates, fee and LTV will be impacted
3. Do I have to provide financial documents? This depends on the type of Funding.
**SBA LOANS and some traditional bank financing require 3yrs business and personal tax returns, P&L and Balance Sheet.
**Real estate investment loans typically don't require these docs as they rely on the income from the property

$5,000,000 SBA LOAN for my client to build and open a new xpress concept car wash.
It took a lot of time, and a whole lot of patience to get this loan done, but my client trusted me to get him to the closing table!
The icing on the cake is that this is a Minority owned business!

This was also a TEAM effort.
Thank you to all who played a part, referring banker, the client's team; RE broker and business advisors and sba consultant who helped me find a lender!
