My clients closed on this beauty yesterday.
The mood was light and everyone was happy: the sellers were letting go of a property that had become too much for them to maintain, and the buyers were simply in love with it.
Three more children will be raised in this house. Their father has just retired from the military and it’s a brand new beginning.
For some it’s a job, for me it’s a calling.

It’s not quite the billboard I’ve been wanting, but it’s still pretty great. Thank you, Marc.
