During this renovation, we:

Installed a custom new garage

Replaced the front walk & porch floor with natural bluestone

Repaved the driveway & built a new Belgian paver parking court

Created smooth connections between the parking area, garage, entry, and backyard living spaces

A Tale of Two Cookie Deliveries! 🍪✨

At Innovative Design•Build, taking care of our clients is top priority, but keeping their neighbors happy is just as important! We know home renovations come with extra noise, trucks, and hustle, so we work hard to keep neighborhood disruptions to an absolute minimum.

Delivery #1: The sweet neighbor-courtesy bags of cookies delivered right to nearby doors by our Project Developer, Meghan Berry! 🍪👋

Delivery #2: A homemade batch sent to us recently from a grateful client to let us know just how much her family STILL loves their kitchen ... 20 years after we renovated it! ❤️

These tiny spaces are real jewel boxes — they have the power to surprise and delight your guests while bringing a smile to your face every single day.

For a recent design proposal presentation, we presented our clients with two distinct directions:
🌿 A soft green botanical concept
💙 An abstract, bold blue and cream concept

Both options featured furniture-like vanities in natural wood finishes paired with classic nickel accents.

Design Tip: A powder room is also the perfect spot to add flair with a unique mirror! In both concepts, we selected mirrors with graceful curves to complement hardware with timeless traditional lines. 🪞✨

Good things come to those who wait! When we remodeled our Buckhead clients' kitchen a few years ago, a new laundry room was on their wishlist, but the timing wasn't quite right.

Diego originally joined Innovative Design•Build as a helper after a recommendation from a friend. Thanks to his incredible work ethic and sharp skills, he quickly worked his way up to Supervisor.

Out of all our core values, Diego connects most with Communication—he strongly believes it’s the foundation for everything else we do. His primary goal for every client? Always putting his best foot forward to ensure your project is completed with the highest possible quality.

Diego lives with his wife, Idalia, and their two daughters, Marianna and Mia. When he’s off the clock, you’ll find him spending quality time with his family or tackling DIY projects around his own home!

An Aging-in-Place Bathroom Remodel - Innovative Design + Build In this aging-in-place bathroom remodel, we incorporated a non-slip floor, attractive grab bars, ample lighting and a comfort-height toilet. The guest bath had classic and timeless traditional style including a basketweave floor tile and a mahogany vanity with a furniture look.
