This is AWARENESS! As I watched this video I couldn’t help but laugh at the questions, at The incredulity of the men, realizing she is seriously asking these questions. And then there awareness of how these questions could make someone feel and that this happens still. I thought back on the many interviews that I’ve had in my life as well as the interviews I’ve given. I have four daughters and I’ll be discussing this video with them. Years back, I wrote this article about Kamfers Dam, located near the town of Kimberley, South Africa. Kamfers Dam is only one of four breeding sites on the African Continent for Lesser Flamingoes - listed as 'near threatened'. I'm praying their flock of 80,000 is still as strong today as it was 10 years ago.
