Today, we honor the history, resilience, and contributions of Black communities while reflecting on the work that remains.
Juneteenth marks both a celebration of freedom and a reminder that justice delayed continues to shape the experiences of many today.
At Mosaic Georgia, we recognize that racial inequities continue to affect access to safety, healing, and support for survivors of sexual violence. We remain committed to listening, learning, and working toward a future where every survivor is heard, believed, and supported.

Connecting with our community is always one of the best parts of what we do.
Thank you to Civic Guardians of North East Georgia and Atlanta Fork Lifts, Inc. for hosting the Community Resource & Safety Event this past weekend and bringing together organizations dedicated to supporting local families.
We loved meeting attendees, sharing resources, and being part of a day focused on safety, connection, and community.
It was also wonderful to connect with our partners at Festival of Trees and see so many organizations working together to make a difference.

Thoughtful questions. Meaningful conversations. Future leaders in action.
Thank you to the Gwinnett County District Attorney's Office for inviting Mosaic Georgia back to the Junior DA/Investigator Mentorship Program!
Jessica and Erica led an engaging discussion on the role Sexual Assault Centers and Children’s Advocacy Centers play in our community, while exploring healthy relationships and boundaries.
The students brought great energy to the session and showed a real curiosity about the work and its impact.
We’re proud to support programs that inspire the next generation of leaders and changemakers in our community.

Every healing journey looks different.
As Mental Health Awareness Month comes to a close, we’re reflecting on an important reminder from Sarah, Wholeness Collective Coordinator & Therapist at Mosaic: healing is not one size fits all.
It’s easy to compare your progress to someone else’s. Give yourself grace and remember that your journey is your own.
If you need support along the way, we’re here. From counseling and support groups to wellness offerings, like art and yoga, we provide free services designed to meet survivors where they are. Learn more about our free mental health & wellness services: https://www.mosaicgeorgia.org/mentalhealth/
