: Now more than ever,, I have zero tolerance for any toxic or abusive behaviors.. So many of us have been in situations where we didn't know it was unhealthy or abusive, but accepted behaviors because of who displayed them.. a family member, close friend, spouse/partner, boss, co-worker, spiritual leader...the list goes on.

It's time to be bold and step away from the shame of abuse not just for you, but those who will come after you.
