This kid really works ‼️

Drills:
1.Simple cone drill using a between cross going downhill to a layup.

I wanted to get Terry moving and while not going 100 percent speed wise he is using a 25lbs weight ball to increase hand and move speed when a regular ball is used. You will notice he keeps the ball tight and low as he progresses into a double cross and floater.

2. Using the raptor to add resistance to a double move series. Using a between cross, between behind, between between as we drive to a layup. Notice his feet stay wide throughout.

3. Pause step jump shots. A run up and pause step will get your defender guessing as to which attack you will use. Terry knocks down a couple jumpers to get the defense biting up and then finishes with a counter push out to a layup.

1. Making sure to drop, feet should be outside of the shoulder frame

2. Push cross should come thru the belly to go over low defender hands avoid turnovers

3. As we go around the screen we have hold to control that chasing defender as he tried to get over the screen as well as giving you lanes and options to pass or drive thru

4. Once u get your defender on your back we make a quick move to the right and go back to the left side to finish.
