FIX YOUR EYES ON JESUS!
This past Monday at The Living Room The Lord moved in such a mighty and powerful way! Hearts came into Faith in Christ some for the first time, some for the first time in a long time! Life can get heavy, it can get exhausting but we have power to persevere through it all, even through uncertainty of outcomes when we FIX OUR EYES ON JESUS!
My beloved Dad would say it like this;
“THOUGH YOUR BEGINNING BE SMALL, IN THE END YOUR LADER WILL GREATLY INCREASE..” - Job 8:7
Day 4
Day 3
Christians: Self-Fixing ? Or Spirit Led Living ?
Like ALL of us, I have spent many years trying to STOP sinning by fixing up my behavior (that was will power) I didn’t experience victory until I stopped fighting sin and starting abiding in Christ!
Both are Blessings!
Together with The Lord!
For months The Lord has been compelling me by constantly putting a desire in my heart to simply walk the stairs of our apartment building, 22 flights! We did and here’s what I’ve learned today,
Responding with obedience to the compelling of The Lord will bring us into experiencing him in ways we could never in the comfort zone or the norm! There is nothing Normal about God nor life with him! Be encouraged family!

A message to the & community
Over these past few years I have been burdened with the realities that many in our generation have mistreated the precious gospel and used it to gain personal glory, status and money. We have abandoned Alters for Pursuit of Platforms. I know what it sounds like, looks like, and feels like because there was a time where I did it but, The Lord’s grace and MERCY, met me in that pit, that pit that falsely presented itself as a high place! He brought me out of it and restored the JOY OF MY SALVATION of knowing him!
Now as I look out into the spaces of influence, that many names and talents exist, my heart is burdened. How did we ever get here to the place where brothers and sisters in the faith find more enjoyment posting about each other rather than praying for each other, Making the best songs rather than holding tightly the the precious scriptures that reveal The Lord to us!
It is not uncommon for believers to be at odds with each other, Even the disciples argued with each other over the most foolish, elementary, fleshy things but, all of that came to an end when CHRIST entered into the chat and gave them space to open up about the tension, call them up from immaturity, and give them the grace to love each other! The key is, EYES ON JESUS!
That is my prayer for every believer! Especially for those in the space of the creative expressions of Christian Hip-Hop, the foolishness that has been happening, happens when we take our eyes off of Jesus, when the fuel of our expression is no longer overflowing from affection and love of the Holy One and replaced with ambition and self presentation and preservation. Let us return to JESUS, We simply DONT HAVE TIME TO PLAY WITH THE ENEMY! So many souls are searching, So little time is left and THE KING IS SOON TO COME! No other name matters more than the one that matters most!!!
Psalm 150:6
All I have is All I bring. Turns out it’s All you ever want. (My heart)
