When everything in my life began to fall apart, I realized something I had never been taught:
You can’t build a sustainable life from a dysregulated nervous system.
What I thought was burnout was actually my body asking for regulation.
What I thought was a mindset issue was actually a physiological one.
So I stopped trying to push through and started learning how to listen to my body.
That became Breath Healing.
That became Wellbeing Rituals.
That became the foundation of everything I now teach.
Today this work supports individuals, leaders and organizations in moving from survival mode into clarity, capacity and embodied resilience.
Because regulation isn’t just self-care.
It’s infrastructure for how you live, lead and create.

I didn’t always understand what regulation really meant.

I used to think healing was something I could think my way through.
I understood my patterns.
I journaled everything.
I reflected, processed, tried to make meaning out of my pain.
But nothing was changing in my body.
I didn’t realize I was living in a disconnect…
where my mind had moved on, but my body was still holding everything.
Grief.
Stress.
Old emotions I had learned to override just to keep going.
Everything shifted when I stopped trying to think my way out…
and started breathing instead.
Not to fix myself.
Not to force anything.
But to finally feel what was already here.
My body was still holding what my mind understood.
That’s when I realized…
healing isn’t just mental clarity.
It’s release.
This is what breath healing became for me.
Not something I perform.
Something I return to.
A way of letting the body finally exhale what it has been holding for years.
