What a workout!! This is a spinning pole Conditioning class at I Am Sexy Fit. It is definitely needed if you're going to take on holding up your own body weight while spinning.

Congratulations for winning her Pro card Status and stepping on stage with a another beautiful bikini Pro athlete and winning that category as well on the fabulous OWU Bodybuilding stage yesterday!!! Raflex and Gayle really went ALL out for this show. The venue was stunning!!!
