As the Internal Communications Coordinator, you will work to coordinate and promote communication in, among, and between all teams in the ministry. You will assist the Director of Internal Communications in prioritizing and coordinating communication efforts across the ministry. Between communication strategies and content delivery, you will have the opportunity to create culture, influence morale, and lead the entire ministry toward success. You will have a role in staff development, training, and culture initiatives. While some ongoing systems will provide predictable work, there should be an expectation of adding value by managing projects, research, and ex*****on of tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment.

If you have ever wanted to work on a fun & flexible marketing team, this is the job for you. Cafe 1040 exists to mentor young people on the mission field. We are looking for digital marketers to help make that happen! You’ll work with the rest of the marketing team to create content, and get it out in the right channels, such as social media, our website, and emails. You’ll have a fantastic opportunity to learn and grow in your marketing skills and knowledge of the overall marketing strategy, while enjoying a great remote work culture that values following Jesus above all.
