Recently Craig saved a client over $700 by removing three inches of sediment at the bottom of their hot water tank instead of replacing the tank. Before this was done, the clients had about 3 minutes total of hot water for their shower; now at least 5 people can take hot showers in a row!

Today Craig acted as a contractor for a local sign shop. He dug through eight feet of rock to install two signs. Gotta love digging in Pennsylvania!

Craig replaced all rotted railing pieces, rotted floor joists, and entire tongue-and-groove wood floor. He painted the ceiling and all railings. He fabricated missing lattice section to replicate existing latticework. He also re-routed the furnace exhaust so that it would no longer vent under the porch.

Haven't posted anything in awhile, but that doesn't mean Craig hasn't been busy... electrical work, complete porch rebuild, wall removal, sheetrock repair and install... you name it, he's probably done it since we posted last.
