Isettas R Us

Last week we made further progress on this restoration. We merged the painted shell to the frame. After some time and staying steady on it the Isetta it’s coming together. It’s time to install glass next while the upholstery is being finished up. Getting closer to completion each day.

We received a freshly painted Isetta back from paint today. Paint work came out flawless and slick. This one will go in queue to be reassembled. We also have two Isetta shells blasted and in the welding stage. They will go to paint once they are finished.

We finished the year strong. It was a busy year with restoration, mechanical services, and parts sales. Thank you to everyone. We will continue to serve the Isetta community. We started the new year booked out with work and we are thankful. On a side note we made great progress assembling the remainder components for this restoration. Should be going on it maiden test drive in the coming days.

Made further progress on this bubble “z” restoration. The glass is installed as well as the sunroof. Took some time and patience during the install process. We’re in the homestretch and when weather permits will do the initial start and test drive.

Made great progress assembling this bubble “z” Isetta. It’s coming together nicely and will turn out stunning when completed. Time to install the front and side glass while I wait for the top to be sewn. We are in the home stretch for this restoration.

Finished the week strong. We fitted a new interior into this slider cabriolet along with a few other touches. Completed a gearbox rebuild and made progress on assembling the two tone bubble window.

We received another freshly painted slider shell back this week. Will be assembling this one along side the other painted shell. Hopefully, we will start this process after some service work is done on a few other Isettas.

Also finished another engine rebuild for a client. Will have a test run video tomorrow. Engine is stunning and ready for many miles ahead.
