Arrived at the Cozumel cruise port and went over to Mr. Sancho’s Beach Club which was $60 for unlimited food, alcoholic beverages and sodas. You will have free access to the private beach, romantic cabanas, lounge chairs, snorkeling and 2 swim up bars. Parasailing and jet skis are extra.

Maybe the stars aligned for me today since everything else was perfect, but I found a flight to New Orleans from Atlanta for $1.38😳! I was already on the $57 flight to Atlanta while I was trying to decide on when I wanted to return back to New Orleans. I searched the Google flight calendar for the cheapest 1 way rate and when I got off the plane, I went straight to the Frontier desk and booked my flight. It ended up being $1.38 for the airfare and $14.60 in fees. Know your dates before you purchase. Search them on your own! The agents will not do this for you. Only applies to Spirit and Frontier. I packed a weeks worth of clothes and 2 pairs of shoes in my backpack which is approved as a personal item! I DO NOT pay for any bags! A totally unexpected meetup with my friend & classmate of 30 plus years. One of us stopped growing up a long time ago though😂. The baddest Cougars in these Miami streets❤️. I think the Karr class of 96 was blessed with great genes because most of us haven’t aged a bit! My girl was looking goodt!! Love you friend and enjoy your getaway ❤️❤️❤️
My 1st solo trip I chose to go to Rishikesh, India to practice Yoga for a month and to earn a teaching certificate. It took some time to get there, approximately 24 hours of travel time. Flight was more than the program I chose. It was nice to pay one very reasonable price that included a private room with a private bathroom, all of the instructors and 3 meals 6 days a week. The highlight of this trip was being able to witness our instructor getting married which was an event that took place over several days. It was hell trying to find some full body photos, because I had started taking face only pics when I gained all the weight. On the left was almost 3 years ago for my 40th birthday celebration in New Orleans and on the right was a few days ago. These side by sides are going to be the only way I see the difference because I’m having a tough time seeing it when I look in the mirror. Never thought I’d suffer from this body dysmorphia thing, but here I am. If you haven’t started your journey, go ahead and take those full body photos so you can compare them later.

I was having a conversation the other day about not having full body photos to compare a then versus now. Well my sweet friend found a ton of them and so I created a collage since I keep saying I don’t see a big difference. Well holy s**t! Luckily I still held on to my big girl clothes for me to take a current photo. I haven’t decided on buying anything new yet because I’m still a work in progress. Having a ton of fun with both of my trainers and getting closer with all the ladies at I just thought I was going workout and that was it. Those ladies are super supportive, motivating and encouraging. I always look forward to seeing them when I get to class. We all struggle through the workouts together, no matter the size or shape. I guess y’all are stuck with me now🥰
