Get It, Girl! Empowerment Series | Realign By Design Is the program supervised? Yes. The program is held virtually in a structured, supervised environment. Sessions are led by a primary facilitator with the support of an assistant to ensure appropriate supervision at all times.

**Introducing Get It, Girl!™ Summer Empowerment Series** 💜

Teen girls are navigating more than ever — and most of them are doing it without the tools, language, or support they need to stay grounded in who they are.

**Realign by Design™ is changing that this summer.**

**Get It, Girl!™** is a 4-week live online empowerment program designed specifically for girls ages 13–17. Led by Krys Lassiter, LPC — licensed counselor and executive coach with 20+ years of experience — this series gives teen girls practical, clinical-backed skills they can use right now.

📅 **Dates:** July 10 – 31, 2026
🗓️ **Every Friday** | 12:00 – 4:00 PM EST
💻 **Live on Zoom**
💰 **$100 total | 16 hours of live programming**

**Girls will learn:**
✔️ Emotional regulation and how to understand internal signals
✔️ How to set boundaries without guilt or pressure
✔️ Self-trust and values-based decision making
✔️ Navigating friendships with intention
✔️ Stress reduction and early burnout prevention
✔️ Identity, confidence, and self-leadership
✔️ Financial literacy and feminine wellbeing

**This program is also available as an organizational partnership** for girls' clubs, sororities and youth auxiliaries, faith communities, school counseling departments, and nonprofits.
