2024 taught me a powerful lesson, that my faith is bigger...stronger, than I realized!

💎 Professionally 2024 taught me that my life experiences create a supportive mix for people experiencing interpersonal conflict and transforming leaders on a deeper level.

💐From facilitating workshops at AnitaB.org, Brave Trails, and Episcopal Diocese of San Joaquin, this year proved that sustainable company cultures are built on belonging, growth, and cross-functional connection and collaboration.

Key moments that shaped our impact:
→ Expanded influence in Atlanta’s tech community through MAAP, Out in Tech, and Honeywell events
→ Delivered transformative workshops on bias, intersectionality, and positional power
→ Featured in American Express, Canvas Rebel and GOSS Magazine
→ Streamlined service offerings to maximize team development impact
→ Experienced so many concerts and live music events (see next posts)

Before you were a leader you learned to keep the peace– now you get to be powerful!

What are you using your power for?!

June and July were emotional rollercoasters.
A clusterf*ck– attending some of the most career impacting events of the year at ForbesBLK with my Goldman Sachs Alumni while also experiencing one of the slowest seasons in my business.

Add onto that my aunt ascending and a car accident....calling it a rollercoaster is the best I can do.

Even though this time came with uncertainty;
✨ I didn’t lose sleep
✨ My nervous system was settled
✨ And I prioritized fun as often as I could

Reflecting on this summer reminded me of the many rollercoasters of life that I’ve been on before.

✅ Overcoming a volatile upbringing that normalized detachment and substance use.
✅ Leaving my hometown with no friends, family, and no job.
✅ Lost myself and my self-worth in a relationship then found my passion for empowering others.
✅ Moved across the country for love and left to expand into my purpose.

I didn’t get here alone, my support team is TOP NOTCH! My friends are my chosen family, my faith continues to ground me when I feel unrooted, and my little brother keeps me on my toes with love.

Every rollercoaster led me here. 🫶🏾

The woman you experience, smiling at babies and laughing until my stomach hurts, floating around at a networking event, and speaking powerfully on stages has been cultivated over decades.
